Turkey and Russia in Eurobasket final

Turkey beat France 68-62 in OT with Stanford graduate Nevin Nevlin being the MVP with 23 points and 8 rebounds. The Turkish side gets, surprisingly, to the Eurobasket finals, where they'll meet Russia, who defeated the Czech Rep. 85-53. The Turkish women have never gone this far in their history and will try to win the title for the first time. It's a completely different story for the Russians, who won Eurobasket in 2003 and 2007 and reached all the finals since 2001. Both teams have played already in Poland, where the Eurobasket is being played, as Russia beat Turkey by 80-65 in the first phase. The final will be played Sunday.
