PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Former Washington basketball coach Tia Jackson has been hired as an assistant at Rutgers.
Scarlet Knights coach C. Vivian Stringer announced the hiring Thursday. Jackson will replace longtime assistant Carlene Mitchell, who left last month to become coach at UC-Santa Barbara.
Congratulations to Jackson on getting a fresh start in what should be a comfortable situation.
