Maya Moore becomes the first ever three-time recipient of the Wade Trophy after the announcement of her accomplishment at today's WBCA National Convention. The Wade Trophy, presented annually since 1978, recognizes the best women's college basketball player in the nation at the NCAA Division I level.

Other accolades Moore has amassed this season include Big East Player of the Year and Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She also was tapped as UConn's first four-time All-American. To keep the award-getting flowing, Moore is expected to be named AP Player of the Year later today.
