It’s not common that NCAA men’s players even go to NBA games at least as far as I know. But then there’s a bigger microscope.
It might be OK
I mean, the rules are all about boosters for that school buying stuff for the players to be perks for them going to that school.
The rules don’t make it so that players can’t take any gifts from friends.
But however she got there and got the ticket, I’m very certain Skylar was smart enough that if she didn’t pay for it all herself, that she checked with compliance first. :)

I’m serious, don’t believe what you hear. I’ve written, read, studied, researched tons about Mayan culture for work and there is not one credible piece of evidence. Besides, most cultures had apocalypse predictions that never happened. Also, look, the planet shifted since the time of the mayans who aligned their pyramids to the “wrong” stars, so the date calculated is completely off and already passed in 2007. I've said all along that I don't think there will be a Wizards season...
but it’s a different thing to see it turn to reality.
I saw this two years ago, and now, well, I’m still expecting it, but I’m frustrated too. it feels weird
I've always been grateful for my two sports fandoms and the timing of their respective seasons.
WNBA season and NHL season overlap for about a week in the fall if the WNBA finals go 5 games, and about 2 weeks in June depending how long the Stanley Cup Final goes. I have some sort of sport to watch all year long.

If the lockout ended I'd be happy if there was a hard cap
a Gilbert Arenas rule, creating a tiered salary system for entry level players based on age, and greater revenue sharing…. I’d be really mad if the deal (whenever it happens) doesn’t have that.
lol i am seriously broke, I couldn't care less what either party makes
if they paid me for worrying about how much money they make in the future, now that would be something! I do want to see the Celtics new guys put on a show now that the big three are being phased out.

Rondo is their future.... can't say for Ray Allen, or even KG
Paul Pierce is their Bird, so he is basically untradeable.
yeah, I'm looking forward to what Rondo can do, too.
Still, this longer recovery time must be benefiting him. I think he’s spending it in his house playing the old fashioned arcade machine.

Well as long as he doesn't end up like Albert, I think he'll be fine.
and I think Rajan is one of the most overrated PG’s in the NBA. Without the talent around him and his driving ability (to the hoop obviously), he’d be liability since he can’t shoot for his life. His FT%age is close to Shaq territory and his FG%age is high because of his driving which is great. Put him on the Wizards and we’d be calling him the worst PG in the NBA.
At the same time, thank god Rajan is in the right team and right system as well, because being in the right system can make a player much more valuable to his team, and in the wrong system , he will look very bad.

I don’t even care about the nba. This is my first year following the wnba and I love it all. This has been a victory for the women’s game above all. As a 5’ 6" or so chick who wants to dunk like Blake someday and do kong vaults this is an inspiration. All of these players are so humble and yet so strong. Womens basketball is going to be the only reason I will possibly watch the lame London olympics with their retarded metallic 1 eye alien mascots and “questionable” logo design. On to Sharks hockey, beginning on Saturday night!
