Brittney Griner headlines Big 12 preseason awards

In unsurprising fashion, Brittney Griner was tapped to repeat as Big 12 player of the year. Griner was 2010 all-American, Big 12 player of the year and defensive player of the year as the Bears made it to the NCAA Elite Eight. Joining Griner on the all-Big 12 team are teammate Odyssey Sims, Carolyn Davis (Kansas) Toni Young (Oklahoma State), Chasidy Fussell (Texas) and Tyra White (Texas A&M).
