2. Why didn't Tangela Smith and DeWanna Bonner switch?

switches have problems too
Tangela Smith guarding a point guard at the 3 point line with 5 seconds left has it’s problems as well. Bird should be quicker and could dribble and get a closer two point shot off.
Taurasi
I have seen them put Taurasi on Jackson before. Taurasi has more bulk and strength than Smith and probably can battle Jackson better for position inside. If Taurasi had been on Jackson instead of Camille Little, she could have switched to Bird and it would have been guard on guard.
