Without Jackson patrolling the paint, it’s apparently much easier to grab offensive rebounds against the Storm.

The Liberty are showing a little bit of that tendency to settle for perimeter jumpers… but it’s all going in… so oh well…

At halftime, the Storm will have to find a way to deny the entry passes to the post if they’re not going to stop it at the point of attack…

Cutting the Liberty’s offensive rebounding percentage from 56% to 33% while maintaining their own 50% didn’t hurt the Storm in the 2nd quarter either.

Cappie’s crossover, Janel’s rebounding hustle, and Taj going hard at the basket.

If the game moves further in that direction, perhaps the Storm can get and hold a lead…

though with Taj, is more of a slow break. still counts.

After a 13-1 Seattle Storm run, the Liberty use a 6-0 run of their own to wrestle back control of the lead.

Offensive rebounding is still a factor in this game: the Liberty are beating the Storm 4-0 on the offensive boards to start the half….
